Meet Keelin Murphy
MS, RDN
I am the owner of Third Eye Nourishment, an insurance-covered nutrition practice out of Scottsdale, Arizona. As an ex-collegiate athlete, I’m intimately aware of the physical and nutritional demands of an athlete. My experience in treating eating disorders inspires me to help as many people as I can develop a healthy relationship with food. Through partnerships with brands, working with the media, and nutrition counseling sessions, it’s my goal to share nutrition information to athletes, ex-athletes, and athletes that struggle with disordered eating.

Here at Third Eye Nourishment, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2000, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment and progress.Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Third Eye Nourishment emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with the San Francisco community and inviting others to take part. On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to all that we do. This mission drives the continued success of Third Eye Nourishment.
